WhistlePig RoadStock Rye is a revolutionary, limited-edition expression born from a 6,000-mile cross-country journey—the world's first-ever whiskey finished entirely "on the road." This straight rye whiskey captures the spirit of the American road trip, with a unique triple-cask finish achieved inside a mobile "Rolling Rickhouse."

The epic journey began with a base rye whiskey split into two finishing barrels:

Jordan Winery Barrels: Used Bordeaux blend casks (Cabernet, Merlot, etc.) from Jordan Winery in California.

New American Oak Barrels: Traditional virgin oak for bold rye spice.

Once in California, the new oak barrels were dumped and refilled with a blend of Imperial Stout, Imperial Blonde Ale, and Experimental Ale barrels from Firestone Walker Brewing Co. This multi-finished rye was then driven back to Vermont, where the wine and beer cask portions were married and bottled at a supremely approachable proof.

The constant vibration and fluctuating temperatures during the 6,000-mile Route 66 odyssey are believed to have intensely integrated the diverse cask flavors, creating a truly one-of-a-kind profile.
