Crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, this tequila is aged for a minimum of three years in American white oak barrels. We then perform our signature finishing process, transferring the spirit to historic Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry wine barrels using the time-honored Solera system. This prolonged aging and unique finishing creates a tequila of incredible complexity, smoothness, and character.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A rich and inviting aroma of toasted nuts, sweet spice, and a deep woodiness, complemented by notes of dried fruit like figs and raisins.

Palate: Unbelievably smooth and full-bodied. The prolonged aging brings out layers of rich caramel, vanilla, and dark chocolate, while the sherry finish adds a sweet, nutty, and dried fruit complexity that is both elegant and unforgettable.
