A collaboration between Blackened Master Distiller Rob Dietrich and Angel's Envy Co-Founder Wes Henderson, this limited-edition, 6-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished in white port wine casks. Bottled at cask strength, it's a bold and complex whiskey with a rich profile of fruit, spice, and honey. Available nationwide from Sports Arena Liquor.
Nose: A complex and inviting aroma of pear, raisin, and cinnamon, with notes of honey, vanilla, and cigar box.
Palate: Full-bodied and powerful, with a rich blend of flavors. Notes of pear, honey, and vanilla are beautifully complemented by a chipotle cinnamon spice and a touch of walnut. The cask strength provides a full, viscous mouthfeel.
Finish: A long, beautiful, and warm finish, leaving a harmonious impression of sweet oak, cinnamon, and lingering fruit.
