Crafted in partnership with Moët Hennessy and renowned Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, SirDavis features a truly unique mash bill for an American whisky: 51% Rye and 49% Malted Barley. This innovative blend is first matured in American oak and then finished in rare Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, creating a harmony of spice and fruit often found in fine Scotch and Japanese whiskies. It’s a bold, elegant pour that embodies the sophistication and strength of its founder.
