Los Javis Mezcal Reposado is a testament to the Hernandez family's Oaxacan heritage. Crafted from 100% Espadín agave, this 80-proof mezcal is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. The result is a beautifully smooth spirit with a perfect balance of smoky agave, rich vanilla, and sweet caramel. Available nationwide from Sports Arena Liquor.
Nose: A rich and inviting aroma of sweet roasted agave, vanilla, and caramel, complemented by notes of toasted oak and a delicate, well-integrated smokiness.
Palate: Exceptionally smooth and full-bodied. The sweetness of the agave is beautifully complemented by rich barrel notes of vanilla, honey, and cinnamon, while the smokiness is mellowed and in the background.
Finish: A long, warm, and smooth finish, leaving a satisfying impression of lingering caramel, sweet oak, and a gentle, satisfying smoke.
