Jefferson's Reserve Rum Cask Finish is a premium bourbon finished in hand-selected rum barrels. This unique process infuses the whiskey with rich, tropical notes of brown sugar, molasses, and spice, creating an exceptionally smooth and complex bourbon. A truly distinct expression. Nose: A complex and inviting bouquet of sweet caramel, vanilla, and oak, with an added layer of tropical fruit (banana, pineapple) and molasses from the rum cask.
Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with a perfect fusion of bourbon and rum. Flavors of dark brown sugar and tropical fruit are beautifully balanced by classic notes of vanilla and toasted oak.
Finish: Long, warm, and exceptionally smooth, with a lingering sweetness of brown sugar, a hint of spice, and a pleasant, satisfying warmth.
