Amontillado is a unique, drier style of Spanish sherry, which imparts a different character than the commonly used Oloroso sherry. This finish delivers a distinctively rich and refined depth of flavor, adding lively notes of dried fruits, nutty sweetness, and a delicately spicy finish while preserving the core fresh and fruity DNA of Glenfiddich.
