Cocijo Añejo is a premium artisanal mezcal made from 100% Maguey Espadin agave using traditional methods. Aged for a full 2 years in American oak barrels, this 80-proof mezcal delivers an exceptionally smooth and complex profile where the classic smoky notes are beautifully balanced by rich vanilla and dark caramel. Nose: A rich and inviting aroma of roasted agave, sweet vanilla, and dark caramel, complemented by notes of dried fruit and a hint of fine cinnamon.
