Cocijo Añejo Mezcal is a limited release crafted from 100% agave Espadin using traditional methods. Aged for 18 months in American oak barrels, this 80-proof mezcal offers a perfect balance of smoky agave, vanilla, and caramel. A smooth and complex expression of Oaxacan tradition. Available nationwide from Sports Arena Liquor.
Nose: A delicate yet complex aroma of roasted agave, sweet vanilla, and caramel, complemented by notes of dried fruit and a hint of cinnamon spice.
Palate: Exceptionally smooth and full-bodied. The classic agave smokiness is beautifully integrated with rich flavors of butterscotch, dark chocolate, and a pleasant toasted oak.
Finish: A long, warm, and velvety smooth finish, leaving a satisfying impression of lingering vanilla, sweet oak, and a subtle smoky sweetness.
